Michael Matz joined TIG Real Estate Services in 2011 to oversee land sales. Michael knows Central Texas commercial land, having represented sellers in the disposition of several thousand acres of land valued at over $70 million, primarily for residential development throughout Central Texas. Over the years he has developed relationships with the top residential developers and builders in the region.
Prior to joining TIG he was with B-Bachs Commercial in Austin. For almost 15 years, Michael was employed with his family's commercial real estate business, Dick Matz Agency, Inc, that his father began in the 1950s in Austin. Michael began his career in real estate at Appraisal Associates of Austin in 1988.
He is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas.
