    Steve Moore joined TIG’s Atlanta office in 2010, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in commercial building maintenance.  His depth of experience and knowledge of building systems encompasses HVAC, fire and life safety, security and access control systems, energy control systems, plumbing, and electrical. His background in construction and locksmithing experience have proven to be assets. He currently maintains over 529,000 square feet of office and industrial space, and is well liked by the tenants.

    Steve’s ability to communicate with tenants, his drive to provide exceptional customer service and his desire to improve services and property operations while reducing costs and lead times make him an invaluable member of the Atlanta property management team.

    Prior to joining TIG, Steve oversaw maintenance and staff for TPA Realty Services, Parthenon Realty, Able Engineering, Carr America Realty, L&B Institutional Property Managers, Inc. and Lightfoot Contracting, Inc.
