Graydon Laguarta joined TIG's Austin team in 2011 to focus on growing the Austin TIG portfolio including property management and project leasing in all market sectors (office, industrial, retail), capitalizing on his 20+ years experience in commercial real estate investment and development, asset management, and new business development. Prior to joining TIG, Graydon spent five years as an entrepreneur, starting and operating two successful companies. In the early 2000s, Graydon served as Vice President for McShane Corporation, managing a $150 million portfolio and overseeing financial activity for another $500 million fund for a top tier insurance company. He also designed, developed, and repositioned over $135 million of commercial real estate properties. In the 1990s, he was with Trammell Crow and Cohen-Esrey Real Estate, conducting due diligence for complex, multi-million-dollar redevelopments / restorations and managing asset portfolios from $25 million to $1.5 billion for clients such as General Electric and Aetna Life Insurance. He began his career with the John H. Harland Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a sales associate in the 1980s.

Graydon holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Council of ULI Austin. He has past association / coursework with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
