Diane Brennan joined TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. as the property manager for the Atlanta portfolio of office/industrial space in Atlanta’s northeast quadrant. As property manager, she currently oversees the operations, maintenance and fiscal operations of almost 522,000 square feet of one-story office space located in the Technology Park Associates developments in Norcross and Johns Creek for a third party owner.

In the twenty-plus years prior to joining TIG, Diane was Property Manager for Ackerman & Co., United Corners, Inc., Regis Property Management, LLC, CB/Koll Management Services, and Trion Properties. Her management experience ranges from community shopping centers to Class A office high-rise and medical users.

Her clients have included such institutional owners as Northwestern Mutual, Principle Equity Properties, LLC, Metropolitan Life, and numerous private partnerships.

Diane holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green.
