Brenda Kindt is Senior Property Manager for TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. Ms. Kindt is a twenty (20) year veteran of Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate with her primary focus in property management.
Prior to joining TIG, Ms. Kindt worked for Bradford Management Company as Vice President and Stream Realty Partners as General Manager. Her responsibilities included business development in Tarrant and Dallas counties and overseeing a portfolio of over 8,000,000 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, medical and mixed use facilities. Brenda’s skills and expertise encompass all aspects of real estate from development, construction, leasing, management and operations.
Ms. Kindt has extensive experience working with major institutional owners to include Principal Financial Group, ING Realty, UBS Realty Advisors along with entrepreneurial owners; Bass Enterprises, E2M Partners, and TLC Urban.
Ms. Kindt is an active member in Dallas and Fort Worth BOMA, Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate Women, Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. During her career, Brenda has served on the Board of Directors for Texas BOMA, Dallas BOMA and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.
Ms. Kindt has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Tech and is a Certified Facility Manager, Certified Manager of Community Associations, and holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license.
