    Brenda joined TIG in 2009 as a Property Accountant, bringing with her a depth of experience in property accounting for large, multi-tenant commercial properties utilizing numerous real estate financial software systems. At TIG, she handles accounting and financial reporting for a 13-property portfolio of two million square feet including industrial, office, and retail projects. 

    Prior to joining TIG, Brenda was on the accounting team of a Central Texas real estate development company, handling all property accounting for a one million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial, and multifamily projects as well as establishing accounting systems for newly acquired properties.  Before entering property accounting, Brenda was involved in property management for a significant portfolio of office and industrial properties for Trammell Crow Company in San Antonio in the early 2000s, and then managed a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of industrial properties for HPI, Inc.

    Brenda attended the University of Texas at San Antonio.
