As Controller of TIG's Central Texas office, Brad is responsible for financial reporting and financial services for 35 commercial projects totaling over three million square feet in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Nashville, Tulsa, and Atlanta. These duties include overseeing all accounting activity, preparing monthly financial packages, helping prepare and review budgets, cash management and investor relations. He also designs and prepares financial services and monthly financial packages to fit each owner’s needs. Brad joined TIG in 2005.
Brad has over 12 years experience in real estate accounting. Prior to joining TIG, Brad was responsible for the financial reporting of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial projects and 300 residential units at Kennedy Wilson. Prior to Kennedy Wilson he worked for Connaught, Inc., an Austin-based commercial management company with one-half million square feet of office space and 200 residential units.
Brad earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
