    Lesa Berry joined TIG in April, 2009 to assist with marketing and property management.  Lesa manages and assists in managing over 1.3 million square feet of office, industrial/flex and retail in Austin, San Antonio and College Station, Texas.  Prior to joining TIG, Lesa was with General Growth Properties for six years as the Marketing Manager for a 780,000-square-foot regional shopping center in Spokane, Washington. 


    In the 1990s, Lesa was involved in the management of 306,000 square feet of office space in Dallas, Texas, with Boxer Property Management.  She also served as the Marketing Director and assisted with management of a 125,000-square-foot retail center in Dallas.   
     

    Lesa holds the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Certified Marketing Director (CMD) designation.
