Ann D. Anderson joined TIG in 1994 as senior vice president of property management and founding shareholder. Anderson interacts with clients, and directly manages properties for several TIG property owners.

Prior to coming on board at TIG, Anderson spent nine years with Trammell Crow Company in various property management roles, most notably as a senior property manager for the Dallas industrial division.

Anderson is licensed in Texas as a real estate salesman and is a member of the Greater Dallas Area Realtors Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Anderson earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1992.

Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.
