Abe joined TIG Real Estate Services in 2010. Abe began his commercial real estate career in the San Diego market, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office projects. Abe then leveraged that experience into the sale of finished land parcels, to users throughout San Diego County. Beginning in 2005, Abe began to oversee the land holdings, and to develop commercial real estate for St. Croix Capital in Austin, Texas. His exposure to and experience with land  sales and entitlement extend from Georgetown, to the SE Industrial market, with stops in between. In his eight years of experience he has transacted or entitled over 450 acres of commercial land.
