Richmond Collinsworth joined TIG in 2009 as a Marketing Representative directly after graduating from the University of Alabama. While in school Richmond began his real estate career with Dominion Land and Minerals as a Petroleum Landman negotiating Right of Ways and purchasing petroleum royalties and overrides. He then worked for Advantage Realty in Tuscaloosa, Alabama lastly interning with TIG assisting the Leasing and Brokerage Team on multiple Tenant Representation and Institutional leasing assignments.

Richmond’s extensive education and experience in a variety of real estate disciplines allows him to bring a unique insight to his clients. Richmond prides himself on an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. These traits coupled with his easy going nature has allowed Richmond to immediately excel in understanding his clients needs and working to exceed their expectations.

Richmond is a Midland, Texas native with strong ties to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration majoring in Real Estate finance including certification on Argus. While in school Richmond was inducted into the Business Honors Program and held multiple leadership positions among the University of Alabama Student Body.

He holds a Real Estate Salesman Licenses in both Alabama and Texas allowing him to represent users and owners of real estate in over 20 states with reciprocity.
