Chip joined TIG in November, 2008, bringing over 25 years of experience in the field of commercial building maintenance and engineering. Presently, he provides engineering and maintenance for the Oklahoma office portfolio of TIG-managed assets. He has served with dedication for eight years as the building engineer at Atrium Towers in Oklahoma City.

Prior to joining TIG, Chip maintained multi-tenant office and retail facilities totaling up to one-half million square feet for Equity Office Properties, GBR Properties, Grubb & Ellis, Trammell Crow, and PM Realty Group during the 1990s and the decade following.

Chip has completed numerous training courses and seminars in facilities equipment management, HVAC, life safety systems, and facilities maintenance. He is a graduate of Davis High School. Chip is actively involved in community charity events sponsored by the Oklahoma City motorcyclists group of which he is a member.
