Kim Auernheimer joined TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. in May of 2007 as a Property Manager in the Nashville, Tennessee market and oversees nearly 500,000 square feet of Class A office space. Prior to joining TIG, Kim spent 3 years at Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management as a Property Manager managing 45 office and retail locations throughout Middle Tennessee. Previous experience includes 11 years of Real Estate sales in Central California and 4 years with Advantage Properties located in Fresno, California managing residential units, apartment complexes, and commercial properties.

Kim is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Tennessee and is a Certified Property Manager candidate.
