Paul has over 33 years experience in building engineering and maintenance. He has worked as Chief Engineer at Barton Oaks Plaza IV, a Class "A" multi-tenant office tower for 15 years. He joined the TIG Central Texas team when TIG was awarded the management contract of Barton Oaks Plaza IV in 2006.

Previously Paul worked for 11 years at the Austin Hilton Inn as Director of Engineering / Manager On Duty and five years as Facility Manager of a semi-conductor plant.

In 2004, he was nominated President of the Austin Association of Facilities and Maintenance Engineers and BOMA Inspector for Building of the Year.

Paul studied Electrical Systems, HVAC systems, and Business Law at Austin Community College. He is actively involved in several community service organizations and his church, and is a native of the Austin area.
