
Bill Stalik

Chief Engineer
Bill Stalik served in the air force from 1963 – 1983 as a Tech Sergeant. After retiring from the Air force, Bill spent 11 years as a police officer for the City of Lakeway. Upon retiring from the police force, he was self employed and built rent houses.
In 1997, Bill went to work for Kennedy Wilson as Chief Maintenance Engineer where he was responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of 3 retail centers, 2 industrial properties and 2 Class A office buildings.
Now working for TIG, Bill is very knowledgeable in HVAC and electrical systems, as well as plumbing and energy management systems. A great problem solver and multi-tasker, Bill also maintains a excellent rapport with the tenants.
