Mr. Pardee is responsible for leasing a portfolio of industrial and service center assets in Central Texas including the Burleson Business Park, a 400,000 square foot warehouse development under construction in the southeast Austin submarket.

Senior Marketing Director
Mr. Pardee was the team leader heading up the leasing efforts for the Kennedy Wilson industrial portfolio totaling approximately one million square feet. He was also responsible for the sale of lots in Walnut Creek Business Park, a 740-acre mixed-use business park; assisting the owner in marketing, contract negotiation and entitlement issues.

Before joining Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Pardee spent seven years with ProLogis in Houston and Austin, Texas. While at ProLogis, he was responsible for supervising the leasing and management of a portfolio of tilt wall assets consisting of bulk warehouse, service center, and manufacturing facilities. Mr. Pardee closed over 160 transactions totaling three million square feet with an estimated value of $80,000,000.

Prior to ProLogis, Mr. Pardee was a Senior Portfolio Manager with GE Capital Asset Management (GECAM) for four years where he managed a portfolio of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) valued at $577,000,000.

Prior to GECAM, Mr. Pardee was in the banking industry where he was a Credit Analyst and real estate owned (REO) Asset Manager.

In his 20-year career, Mr. Pardee has closed over $100,000,000 worth of lease transactions and has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of several industrial assets and land tracts in the Austin market.

Mr. Pardee holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and and served as president of the Central Texas Chapter in 2007, and is currently a board member. Mr. Pardee is a licensed real estate broker, and received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
