Jerod Hangartner joined TIG in 2007 after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas. His education and professional experience from the University of North Texas Real Estate Program has significantly prepared Jerod to succeed. This well-rounded education consisting of business, real estate, negotiation, and certification in mediation arms Jerod with a perfect foundation for Dallas real estate. Jerod served as the President of the Real Estate Club for three terms and supplied new and ongoing relationships with positive leadership and knowledge that he was certainly recognized for.

He is a valuable part of the TIG structure because of his cross functional abilities. As a Marketing Representative Jerod will use his previous expertise in negotiating leases for Rent-A Center to provide the in depth knowledge, diligence and responsiveness to his clients. Jerod will couple his strong work ethic, attention to detail and easy going manner with the knowledge he has gained being immersed in the North Dallas submarket since his hiring to foster long lasting and profitable relationships.
