Jerod Hangartner joined TIG in 2007 after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas. His education and professional experience from the University of North Texas Real Estate Program has significantly prepared Jerod to succeed. This well-rounded education consisting of business, real estate, negotiation, and certification in mediation has armed Jerod with a perfect foundation for Dallas real estate. Jerod served as the President of the Real Estate Club for three terms and supplied new and ongoing relationships with positive leadership and knowledge that he was certainly recognized for. Now holding Presidency of the Real Estate Alumni Association for the University, which is comprised of over 300 real estate graduates and professionals that together fund raise and continually grow the network, Jerod shows his understanding of giving back to the community. Jerod is also an active member of the professional organizations NTCAR, NAIOP, TREC, and each of these organization’s developing leader divisions.

He is considered a valuable part of the TIG structure because of his cross-functional abilities. As a Marketing Representative, Jerod has used his previous work experience of lease negotiations at Rent-A Center to provide in depth knowledge, diligence and responsiveness to his clients. Jerod has combine his strong work ethic, attention to detail and easy going manner to win the representation of over 700,000 square feet of both institutionally and privately owned industrial and office product. With the knowledge he has gained being immersed in the Northwest Dallas submarket since his hiring he has fostered the beginnings of long lasting and rewarding relationships.
