Lauren Cranford joined TIG in June of 2005 as Development Coordinator. Working with the construction and development team, Lauren was responsible for the operational activities of development, including project coordination, acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, draws and record keeping, preparation of investment packages, and additional special projects. In 2008, Lauren took on the role of Construction Manager.

Lauren received her Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University with a concentration in Management and Leadership Development. She is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), a member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas.
