Brad Gates joined TIG in October 2006 as Marketing Representative and was promoted to Vice President in the February 2008. Current projects at TIG include project leasing assignments, development, and land sales. In the past 12 months, Brad has negotiated 15 new lease transactions for one of his office project leasing assignments bringing the overall occupancy level to 95%. Brad has also assisted numerous developers in site selection of Industrial, Multifamily and Commercial land sites comprising more than 250 acres.

Prior to joining TIG, Brad spent five years in Dallas with Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners. Specializing in land transactions, he negotiated sales of in excess of $20 million dollars. Other responsibilities at Dollar-Flowers Realty included leasing retail, industrial, and office space.

Brad began his career in Commercial Real Estate with Leisy/Puterhof Corporation. As a property manager, he maintained close tenant relations and meditated issues between neighboring properties.

A native of Illinois, Brad earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University in May 2001. Brad is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and an active member of CLBA (Commercial Leasing Brokers Association).
