As Controller of the Central Texas region, Brad is responsible for financial reporting and financial services for over 2 million square feet of commercial projects in Texas and Tennessee. These duties include overseeing all accounting activity, preparing monthly financial packages, helping prepare and review budgets, cash management and investor relations. He also designs and prepares financial services and monthly financial packages to fit each owner’s needs. Brad joined TIG in 2005.

Brad has over 8 years experience in real estate accounting. Prior to joining TIG, Brad was responsible for the financial reporting of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial projects and 300 residential units at Kennedy Wilson. Prior to Kennedy Wilson he worked for Connaught, Inc.; a small Austin based commercial management company with 500k square feet of office space and 200 residential units.

Brad earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University. Shortly after earning his degree, he developed an interest in real estate and decided to specialize in real estate accounting.
