Stan Ford joined TIG in September 2005 as a Principal in TIG’s newly formed Central Texas office. Prior to joining TIG, Stan spent 7 years with Kennedy-Wilson as the Regional Managing Director overseeing the property management for commercial, office, retail, residential and industrial real estate in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Tulsa. Prior to Kennedy-Wilson, Stan was a Property Analyst for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company where he facilitated the overseeing, developing and motivating of third-party property management companies. Previous experience includes 5 years at PM Realty Group as a Senior Property Manager of suburban Class “A” multi-use retail and office facilities. Stan is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). A native of Houston, Stan earned a BBA from Mississippi State University and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
