Allison McAfee joined TIG Real Estate Services in April of 2005. As Director of Development and Construction, Allison oversees and is responsible for all aspects of TIG’s successful development and construction operation. Her primary responsibilities include management of the due diligence and land acquisition process, selection of project teams, budget development and compliance, cost control, and oversight of construction management. Prior to joining TIG, Allison worked for James R. Thompson, Inc., a regional construction management and general contracting firm.

Allison is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas. She is also an active member of Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University.
