Michael T. Grant joined TIG Real Estate Services in November of 1999 and brings additional experience and market knowledge to an already accomplished team. Michael came to TIG Real Estate Services as a Marketing Associate from Robert Lynn Company; the largest independently owned Brokerage Company in the Metroplex. Michael was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2001 to Vice President in 2003 and to Senior Vice President in 2006.

In Michael’s fourteen year career, he has closed well over 300 transactions representing more than 5 million square feet and $70 million in total volume. Michael has been involved in all phases of industrial real estate including landlord and tenant representation, corporate client services, and land and investment sales. Michael has represented nationally known tenants such as Goodyear Tire, Eckerd’s, TCI Cablevision, Inmar, Inc., Watters and Watters, Inc., and Pride Mobility Products. His institutional leasing resume includes investors such as: Kennedy Associates, The RREEF Funds, American Industrial Properties, AMB Industrial Trust, GE Capital, Cohen Asset Management, Cobalt Capital Partners and Dividend Capital Trust.

Michael’s experience and attention to detail allows TIG to provide unparalleled project leasing and brokerage services to our existing clients and expand our portfolio with new customers. As a senior member of TIG’s Development Team, Michael has developed over 1 million square feet of office/warehouse product in the DFW Metroplex.

Michael has been consistently named as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters in DFW Commercial Real Estate”. Michael is a candidate member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) and is in the final stages of pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation conferred by the 8,500-member organization. A Fort Worth native, he is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University; sits on his local Board of Directors of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, and is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the North Texas CCIM Chapter (NTCCIM) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Michael lives in Plano with his wife Rebecca, son Grayson and daughter Gentry.
