Helen P. Hudson joined TIG Real Estate Services Leasing team in November 1998. Helen has 23 years of experience in the office & industrial real estate industry including leasing and property management experience. In 2002, 2003, and 2006 Helen was awarded the Heavy Hitters award by the Dallas Business Journal. Before joining TIG Real Estate Services, Helen was employed as Director of Leasing with PS Business Parks, responsible for nine industrial parks in Dallas. She consistently maintained a 98% renewal rate on these properties. She earned PS Business Park’s highest award of “Top Gun” for 6 consecutive years. She currently has approx. 1,000,000 SF in her portfolio and averages over 70 lease transactions per year. Helen holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Texas and is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).
