Ginger Pitts joined TIG in 1994 as senior vice president, chief financial officer and founding shareholder. Her responsibilities include supervising the organization's accounting, reporting and information technology functions.

Pitts spent 10 years with Trammell Crow prior to joining TIG. As controller, she managed the accounting and reporting functions for more than 15 different owners, which encompassed 30 million square feet of space and approximately 2,400 tenants.

Pitts was born in Memphis, Tenn. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA in finance from the University of Mississippi.
