Richard joined TIG in 2009 bringing over 10 years of maintenance / engineering experience to the TIG Nashville team. His is involved in the facilities maintenance of over 355,000 square feet of office space. Prior to joining TIG, Richard was involved in maintenance engineering for 2200 apartment units and was also involved in HVAC, plumbing, and heavy machinery maintenance.

Richard holds Type 1 and 2 EPA - CFC certifications. He has completed coursework in locksmithing. Additionally, he holds a certificate in welding from Sparrows Point Shipyard in Baltimore, Maryland, and is OSHA certified in forklift operation. He is certified in CPR and First Aid (American Red Cross).
