Gary joined TIG in 2007 as a maintenance engineer and was promoted to Chief Maintenance Engineer in 2009, overseeing all facility maintenance for over 355,000 square feet of office space in the greater Nashville, Tennessee, area. Prior to joining TIG, Gary was the maintenance engineer at a world-class data center facility managed by Superior Property Services, a subsidiary of The Flynn Company, Philadelphia's largest privately owned commercial real estate firm. Gary began his facilities maintenance career in multi-family, having run the maintenance department at a 200-unit apartment complex.

Gary holds Onan Classs 1 and 2 Recreational and Light Commercial Generator Certification, the MACS Automotive R12 Refrigeration EPA Certification, the RSES Universal Refrigeration Service Certification, and a Carrier AC Service Certification.
