Phillip has over 22 years experience in the field of commercial facilities and maintenance engineering. He joined TIG Real Estate Services in 2008 when TIG won the management contract for the 118,879-square-foot, multi-tenant BOK Place at Southern Hills in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to joining TIG, Phillip provided maintenance engineering for large multi-tenant office building portfolios at CB Richard Ellis, Transwestern Commercial Services and Kanbar Property Management maintaining as much as 442,500 square feet of commercial office space at one time.

Phillip currently holds a First Class Limited Engineering License, a Boiler Operators License and a Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification. He also holds a technical certificate from the Climate Control Institute, focusing on HVAC and electrical equipment.
