Working with institutional owners, partnerships and individual owners, Jaclynn Wyatt oversees the day to day operations, maintains tenant–agent relationships, prepares and reviews budgets, and actively engages in tenant retention for TIG's Tennessee portfolio of multi-tenant office buildings.

With over 10 years of property management experience, Jaclynn Wyatt joined TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2009 to manage TIG's 387,000-square-foot suburban portfolio consisting of Class “A” Cool Springs Commons and Class "B" Westgate Commons in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Prior to TIG, Jaclynn managed a portfolio of over one million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, and before that began managing commercial properties with CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.

Jaclynn is a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee, and she is actively involved in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lipscomb University, Nashville.
