Brad Rosewitz is an interpersonally dynamic team player who works to ensure the comfort, convenience and safety of tenants on a daily basis. Bringing over eight years of applied experience and skills in building services, engineering and management, Brad joined TIG in November 2008 as a Building Engineer. He maintains over 300,000 square feet of office space while cultivating strong relationships onsite with tenants and vendors.

Brad solicits and qualifies bids for services, oversees work, and provides status reports on projects. He efficiently contributes to the annual property goals by performing maintenance tasks up to the point certified trades people are required. Brad monitors all building systems and processes, ensuring that the design and maintenance meet legislative, health and safety requirements. He worked with tenants to institute a valuable recycling program at two office buildings. His focus on customer service, positive attitude and ability to provide quality maintenance and engineering oversight is appreciated and consistently noted by our tenants.

Brad began his career at Southwest Airlines Headquarters in 2002 where he managed a team of six technicians while maintaining over 1M square feet of property. He later worked for Grubb & Ellis managing a team of technicians and contractors responsible for a 1M square foot portfolio, monitoring budgets, and creating an Operations Manual for an expanding portfolio.
