Lola Davis is a detail-oriented professional who is able to successfully manage a variety of projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.  As the Property Management Administrator, Lola excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and vendors, and works daily to ensure complete satisfaction.

Working with third party vendors and contractors, Lola handles contracts, certificates of insurance, meetings and correspondence, as well as assisting with the financial aspects of the building’s operation.  Lola is responsible for collecting and processing invoices, income/revenue and assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reports.

Lola began her career in commercial real estate in August 1996 as a Contract Administrator in a corporate real estate setting by providing contract management for construction projects ranging between $10,000 and $2M.  In June 2000, she transitioned to a support role as part of a property management team handling over 9 million square feet of commercial/industrial real estate in the Dallas area.  She later provided on-site support for a large, multi-phased construction project in Fort Worth.  Prior to joining TIG Real Estate Services, Inc., Lola provided administrative assistance including due diligence responsibilities for three commercial brokers.  Depending on her role, Lola’s work experience has provided interaction on a daily basis with tenants, contractors, owners, project managers, inspectors, engineers, attorneys and clients.
