Prior to joining TIG, Smolik spent six years with POB Montgomery and Company as vice president, specializing in project leasing, investment sales and brokerage. Smolik began his career with Harry B. Lucas, specializing in industrial brokerage. During his career, Smolik has been responsible for nearly $1 Billion worth of sales and leasing transactions.
Smolik is a Texas licensed real estate broker and an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
A Richardson native, Smolik earned a bachelor’s degree in business, with a concentration in real estate marketing, from the University of Texas at Austin.
