Lorie Rich has worked in commercial property management for 18+ years in the DFW Area. She is a senior property manager for TIG, responsible for two Class A office buildings under the ownership of Heady Investments, a leading development company, based in Plano, Texas.
Ms. Rich has an extensive background in construction supervision and refurbishment of depressed properties. Her accomplishments include the renovation of Woodcreek Tower, a 13-story office building in the Stemmons Corridor of Dallas. The renovation work Ms. Rich completed resulted in a profit to the owners of almost double their purchase price upon selling the building a year later.
Prior to joining TIG, Ms. Rich has managed over 6 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed use product for Stream Realty Partners and RREEF. Her skills encompass leasing, management, operations and construction management. Ms. Rich has worked closely with major financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Compass Bank, many REITS and pension funds, and such international property ownership groups as ORIX Corporation and Textron.
Ms. Rich is an active member of both IREM and BOMA, and regularly participates in and volunteers time for both groups. She graduated from Baylor University with a double major in Journalism and Marketing-Management, is a Certified Property Manager, and holds her Texas Real Estate Salesperson license.
