Bob Beckham joined the TIG team in January 2006 and manages day-to-day development and project management activities for the Central Texas region including feasibility analysis, site acquisition, budget preparation, site planning, architectural design, engineering, city approval processes, construction, tenant build-out and occupancy. Prior to joining TIG Bob was self-employed as a Real Estate Project Consultant and Inspector representing property owners on construction projects ranging from single family residences to commercial multi tenant office and retail projects from concept through construction. Recent projects include: Texas Municipal Retirement System in Austin, TX., which consisted of approximately 50,000 square feet of offices and parking garage with a budget of $8.5M, Texas County and District Retirement System in Austin, Texas, which consisted of approximately 105,000 square feet of office building and parking garage with a budget of $12M, Meyer Residence in Dripping Springs, Texas, which consisted of residential site improvements with a budget of $1.2M, Arbors of Brushy Creek in Neiderwald, Texas, which was a residential subdivision development through design and permitting, University Park in Georgetown, Texas, which consisted of residential subdivision development through sale of finished lots to KB Homes, and numerous commercial tenant finish projects ranging in value from $150,000 to $500,000. In addition Bob performs interim project development inspections for numerous lending institutions throughout the Central Texas area including: Frost Bank, American Bank, Ironstone Bank, Chase Bank, Bank of America, Franklin Bank, Texas State Bank, and Commerce National Bank. Bob is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas as well as a licensed Real Estate Inspector. A native of Austin, Bob attended Southwest Texas State University where he studied Architecture and Urban Planning.
